Help!
Creating an Account
- Click Log In on the top navigation bar.
- Click the New Account button.
- Type in a Username and Password of your choice, then re-type the password in theRe-type Password field. (Use only upper and lower case letters and numbers).
- Click the Create Account button.
- Enter the Shipping information. If your billing information is the same as shipping, you do not need to enter it. When you are done, click the Save Acct. Info button.
- You can continue shopping by using the navigation bar on the left or click the Save and Checkout button to complete the purchase.
Shopping
- Browse through the site using the category links on the left navigation bar or type a word in the search box and click Search. Click on the item pictures to view details. If there are options (i.e. size and color) click on the drop-down menus and click on your selection. Then click the BUY button. You are taken to the Cart.
- Click on Cart in the top navigation bar to view the items you have added to your order. If you update the quantity of the items, then click the Recalculate button. You can also remove items by clicking on the checkbox next to the item.
- You can ship items to multiple addresses. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, see Shipping to Multiple Addresses.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
- Click Log In on the top navigation bar and log in with your username and password. If you have not created an account, see Creating an Account.
- Click on the Account link in the top navigation bar.
- Click on Additional Shipping Addresses in the Account Management Functions box.
- Type a name in the Save to: field and enter the other shipping information.
- Click on Ok button when finished. You can enter another address, just change the Save to: name before clicking the Ok button to save the new address.
- Continue shopping and when you are finished, click on the Cart link in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Separate Shipping Addresses link for the item you want to ship to another address.
- Your saved address name(s) appear on the left side of the cart list under the word Retrieve. Click on a name to load the address.
- Click the Save button next to the address box and you are returned to the cart.
- Change any other shipping addresses for the other items in the same way.
- When you have set all the addresses, click the Checkout button.
Checking Out
- Click the Cart link in the top navigation bar.
- Review the Cart. Change multiple shipping addresses if necessary.
- To remove an item, click the checkbox next to it.
- If you update quantities for items, click the Recalculate button.
- When you are satisfied with your order, click the Checkout button.
- Verify your Shipping and Billing address information is correct, making any needed changes. An email confirmation will be sent to the address listed in the shipping address box.
- Click on the Place Order button at the bottom of the screen to place the order.
- A Paypal payment window will pop-up on your screen if you have javascript and pop-up windows enabled. If you do not, there is a Paypal payment link at the bottom of your order confirmation page you may click to continue.
- If you have a Paypal cookie, then enter your Paypal email address and Paypal password in the appropriate fields and click Continue.
- If you do not have a Paypal cookie, the billing information you provided during checkout will automatically be displayed on the Paypal payment page.
- If you have a Paypal account, click the Login Now button. Then enter you Paypal email address and Paypal password and click Continue.
- If you do not currently have a Paypal account, then enter your credit card type and expiration date, verify the correct billing information as it appears on your credit card statement, type a password for your Paypal account in the password and confirm password fields, and type the Security Measure code you see on the screen in the field next ot it. Then click Continue. It takes an average of 60 seconds to process, so please do not click Continue a second time.
- Confirm the payment and click Pay to submit your payment.

Gift Certificates
Store gift certificates are available in any denomination from $10 and up. Call the store to purchase one. Online gift certificates are not currently available.
