In-Stock Policy
"If it's in stock, we've got it!" In-stock orders are usually shipped within two business days.
We periodically change the website contents. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. All items that are in-stock will be noted so throughout the website. Merchandise literally flys off the shelves at World's Largest Gift Shop so if we have temporarily sold out of an item, we will email you and offer you the opportunity to wait for the item to come back in stock or cancel your order and refund payment.
Don't expect to find everything online that we have in the store. If you saw something in the store and want it, we're eager to take your money, so call us or send an email!
Shipping Policy
We only ship orders placed online to the continental United States (not to Alaska or Hawaii). Your billing address may be international, but we only ship online orders to the United States. There is no shipping to P.O. Boxes. Only ground service is available online. If you need expedited shipping, call one of our friendly employees to find out if we have stock available for immediate delivery and to make arrangements for your order . If you would like an order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, you cannot place an order on our website, you can call (702) 385-7359 from 8 a.m. - midnight (Pacific Time), except Christmas & Thanksgiving and we will be happy to help you.

Payment
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through PayPal online with or without creating a PayPal account. You can also call your order in with a credit card at (702) 385-7359 and press 1.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax of 8.1% is collected for orders shipped to Nevada; tax is collected on the product and shipping total. No sales tax is collected on orders shipped outside Nevada.
Return Policy
Money cheerfully refunded within 30 days of order receipt. Refunds do not include shipping.
To return an item, login to your Account through the Service link and click on the Order Returns link to start the return process. Follow the directions there; you will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number online. Simply mail the product(s) back in like-new condition with all product packaging at your expense. Print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your emailed RMA notification. We recommend using UPS so that the package can be tracked. After the return is verified, we will issue a credit to your Paypal account. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Privacy Policy
B. Morris, Inc. operates Bonanza Gift Shop and worldslargestgiftshop.com. We collect personal information about you when you place an order including name, address, phone number(s), and email addresses so that we can fulfill your order. In addition, the IP address of the computer you use to place an order is stored. This information is kept on a secured server so you can easily access your order information with your account name and password. When you enter your personal information, you are doing so on a secure internet connection, so the content is encrypted and not visible to others on the internet. We accept payments through Paypal (Paypal privacy policy) and they process the credit card transaction on their website, we never have your credit card information. We do not share or rent your information with anyone else.
You have the option to sign up for our emailing list when you checkout or sign-up for your account. You can correct any inaccuracies or make changes to your account information by signing in through the Account page, clicking on Account Maintenance, and updating your record.
